Evolut acquires the goods from the foreign exporter, facilitates their nationalization, and resells them to the Brazilian client/recipient. This results in the same tax effects of a direct import for the contracted importer

Evolut carries out, on your behalf, the customs clearance for the import of goods acquired by the client (individual or legal entity). Furthermore, under a previously established contract, it includes the provision of other services related to the commercial transaction, such as price quoting and commercial intermediation.
